Talent Acquisition:
Manage recruitment processes to ensure timely and quality hires.
Build a database of key performers across industries.
Align hiring with budget allocations and recruitment targets.
Onboarding and Integration:
Develop and implement an onboarding program for new hires.
Ensure new hires understand company policies and have necessary tools.
Performance Management:
Ensure timely evaluations and maintain high compliance in career discussions.
Design retention plans for top talents.
Management Services:
Ensure timely and accurate reporting and respond promptly to partner requests.
Maintain accurate employee data to inform organizational metrics and audits.
Compensation and Benefits:
Oversee timely delivery of benefits and perform regular salary reviews.
Update and harmonize salary and benefit plans according to needs.
Talent Development:
Create and maintain a training calendar; identify and approve training needs.
Employee Relations and Pulse:
Lead initiatives to promote morale and handle employee issues effectively.
Work closely with leadership and legal for employee dispute resolutions.
Aim for positive feedback in employee surveys and retain key talents.
Qualifications

Experience Requirement: Proven experience in a senior HR role, leading talent management and development initiatives.

Strong Operator: Experienced in building HR teams and processes, hands-on operations leader, proficient in working with finance and shared services.

Data-Driven: Utilizes data and metrics to optimize talent strategies and people management aligned with business needs.
Local Expertise: Deep knowledge of the local market, cultural sensitivities, and dynamics.
