We are seeking a creative, data-driven, thoughtful, and strategic leader to join our People Team as the Director of Talent. The Director of Talent is responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for talent management within the organization and focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to drive the company's growth and success. The Director of Talent will work closely with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business objectives and foster a culture of high performance and engagement.

Salary Range:  $186,160 - $200,000 (Bonus Eligible)


How You Will Make an Impact

Talent Strategy & Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and objectives.

  • Lead initiatives related to talent acquisition, management, development, organizational effectiveness, organizational design, and retention.

  • Design and implement programs for employee development, including training, mentorship, and career development initiatives.

  • Assess and address skill gaps within the organization and create learning opportunities to bridge these gaps.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and manage performance management systems that support the company’s objectives and enhance employee performance.

  • Implement strategies to drive employee engagement and satisfaction.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor the talent team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing opportunities for professional development.

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

  • Provide leadership and support for the Talent Acquisition team.

Employee Experience:

  • Partner closely and become a trusted advisor to the HRBP team and business leaders.

  • Serve as the HR Liaison between ERGS and cross-functional partners

  • Responsible for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging strategy and execution

Talent Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent strategies and make data-driven decisions.

  • Direct employee feedback channels and communication (engagement survey, pulse surveys, etc.) & support Company-wide and/or targeted initiatives to address opportunity areas.

  • Develop a framework for tracking effectiveness of trainings in all formats (self-learning, instructor led learning, virtual and remote learning, supplemental materials, interactive learnings)

  • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on talent management metrics and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred;

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, or Organizational Effectiveness preferred with demonstrated outcomes designing organizational strategies that support current employees and business growth.

  • Proficiency in HR software and talent management systems.

  • Strong knowledge of talent management practices, including recruitment, development, and performance management.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
